The Fair Oaks Chicken Festival is going to be a huge party celebrating our history, and the part chickens have played in it, with day-long activities for kids and adults. Plaza Park, in the center of our festival location, will be converted into a childrens playland, with fun games and activities. Well known local bands will perform throughout the day. Some of Sacramento's best chefs will give gourmet cooking demonstrations and wine experts will pair California's best wines with their creations.
